  HELLO GUYS , Welcome back to my blog once again . I know I was inactive for sometime . But yess I am back with another remedy , So let's get started .... For making lash serum , 🌸 INGREDIENTS:- 🦋1 teaspoon rice  🦋1/2 teaspoon Vaseline  🦋1/2 teaspoon olive oil  🦋1 Vitamin E capsule  🦋Filtered water 💧  Now , Firstly u have to wash ur rice with water to remove all the dirt . Then add 2 teaspoon filtered water (do not use salty water) in the rice . Now u have to keep lid on the bowl for 3-4 hours,  so that we can get rice water . Now u have to take an air tight container , add 1/2teaspoon olive oil,  then add 1/2teaspoon Vaseline , then add 1 vitamin e capsule.  Now mix it properly . Now finally u have to add rice water which u have made . After adding , mix all the ingredients.  Over here ur water and Vaseline will be separate butt ur rice water will get all the benefit from the ingredient which u have added . U can keep it anywher...
